Josh once battled alcoholism as a young adult — a hidden battle that almost destroyed my life. But through Christ, everything changed.

Josh Poteet is the Lead Pastor of 180 Life Church in West Hartford, Connecticut, and an Army veteran. He holds a Master’s in Theology and has spent the past decade serving with the Relational Discipleship Network, leading trainings both across the U.S. and internationally.

Josh speaks regularly on equipping parents, empowering disciples, and training leaders—helping families embrace their God-given role as the primary disciple-makers in the home. His passion for family discipleship is deeply shaped by both his personal journey as a father and his years of walking alongside parents in the trenches of real-life parenting.

He and his wife, Jennie, live in Connecticut with their two children, Lilla and Ezra.
