Life in Christ often resembles a roller coaster – full of ups, downs and unexpected turns, but through it all, His story for each of us results in a uniquely perfect, God honoring ride.
As the owner and founder of Motion and Mindset, she has the unique opportunity to coach Christian women who are passionate about personal growth in order to maximize their potential, improve their relationships and live confidently in who He has created them to be.
Tonya loves people and seeing things glass half full! Passionate about advocating for women’s health and making a positive impact, she worked full time in the healthcare system for over 15 years. Although rewarding, she felt His leading to change direction and become a Personal Coach. Having a personal faith story to share, as proof that God can use your mess to make it your message, she now has the privilege of coaching women who desire to break free from limiting beliefs, heal from past hurts, and want to move forward in confidence, truth, resilience and fullness of Joy.
In an effort to build community outside social media, she writes a weekly newsletter, facilitates group workshops and enjoys keynote speaking engagements for a variety of ministry groups and non profit organizations. Passionate about positively impacting physical and mental wellness, she has been teaching Spin Classes for 12 years and loves getting her sweat on!
When she’s not writing her newsletter, finding music for spin playlists or organizing her desk for the 1000 time, you can find Tonya here:
